Sanchez Memorial Highway", the portion of State Route 110 between Exits 1A and 1B in the City of Los Angeles. ACR 84 Page 2 FISCAL EFFECT: Minor State Highway Account costs to Caltrans to make and erect appropriate signs; these costs are fully covered by donations. COMMENTS: Purpose. This measure honors two deceased members of the Los Angeles Police Department. Office Mata, a four-year veteran, was killed in a vehicle accident on September 19, 2000, and Office Sanchez, a six-year veteran, was killed in a vehicle accident on May 3, 2014.
