The Budget Act of 2014 appropriated specified amounts from the General Fund for the support of state government.

This bill would appropriate $521,541,114 from the General Fund and $96,000,000 from unallocated special funds in augmentation of specified appropriations in the Budget Act of 2014 regarding augmentations for contingencies and emergencies and would require the Controller to allocate these additional amounts, as specified.

The sum of five hundred twenty-one million five
2hundred forty-one thousand one hundred fourteen dollars
3($521,541,114) is hereby appropriated from the General Fund for
4expenditure for the 2014-15 fiscal year in augmentation of Item
59840-001-0001 of Section 2.00 of the Budget Act of 2014 (Chs. 25
6and 663, Stats. 2014). Notwithstanding Provision 7 of Item
79840-001-0001, these funds shall be allocated by the Controller
8in accordance with the following schedule:

322014). Notwithstanding Provision 1 of Item 9840-001-0494, the
33Controller shall allocate ninety-six million dollars ($96,000,000)
34to Item 8660-101-0471.

Any unencumbered balances, as of June 30, 2015, of

37act shall revert to the fund from which the appropriation was made.
