          SUMMARY:
          This measure designates, as the "Caltrans District 7 Fallen  
          Workers Memorial Interchange," the interchange of State Route 2  
          and Interstate 5 in LA County.
          FISCAL EFFECT:

          Minor State Highway Account costs to Caltrans to make and erect  
          appropriate signs; these costs are fully covered by donations.
          COMMENTS:
          Purpose. This measure honors the 31 Caltrans highway workers in  
          the department's District 7 who have lost their lives in  
          job-related incidents since 1921.
