SUMMARY:
This measure designates, as the "Simi Valley Police Officer
Michael Clark Memorial Overcrossing," the First Street
Overcrossing of State Route 118 in the City of Simi Valley.

Minor State Highway Account costs to Caltrans to make and erect
appropriate signs; these costs are fully covered by donations.
COMMENTS:
Purpose. This measure honors Officer Clark, who was shot and
killed in the line of duty on August 4, 1995.
