January 28, 2015

An act to amend Section 23355 of the Business and Professions Code, relating to alcoholic beverages.

LEGISLATIVE COUNSEL’S DIGEST

AB 196, as introduced, Waldron. Alcoholic beverage control.

The Alcoholic Beverage Control Act regulates the application, issuance, and suspension of alcoholic beverage licenses by the Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control. The act authorizes the holder of a license to exercise specified rights and privileges connected with the license for the year for which the license was issued.

This bill would make nonsubstantive changes to that provision.
