Existing law establishes the California Health and Human Services Agency, and includes within that agency, the State Department of Social Services, the Department of Public Health, and the Department of Health Care Services, among other departments.
This bill would require a department within the agency that hasbegin delete submittedend deletebegin insert received approval ofend insert an operational state planbegin delete toend deletebegin insert byend insert a federal agency, or that has applied and has been approved for a waiver from a federal law or
regulation, to make thebegin insert approvedend insert plan orbegin delete approvedend delete waiver application available to the public by publishingbegin insert a hyperlink toend insert that information on the first page of the department’s Internet Webbegin delete site that relates to the same subject matter as the plan or approved waiver application.end deletebegin insert site.end insert
