An act to amend Section 2800 of the Labor Code, relating to employment.

LEGISLATIVE COUNSEL’S DIGEST

AB 359, as introduced, Gonzalez. Employer obligations: indemnification.

Existing law requires an employer to indemnify his or her employee for losses caused by the employer’s want of ordinary care.

This bill would make nonsubstantive changes to that provision.
