Fiscal Impact: One-time costs of approximately $331,000 to the General Fund over two years for the development of feasibility plan. Cost pressures, possibly in the millions of dollars, to the General Fund or unknown special fund for the implementation of the feasibility plan. AB 401 (Dodd) Page 1 of ?
