Existing law states the intent of the Legislature that the governing board of each school district establish a uniform system of evaluation and assessment of the performance of all certificated personnel within the school district.
This bill would make nonsubstantive changes to these provisions.

The people of the State of California do enact as follows:
Section 44660 of the Education Code is amended
