I am returning Assembly Bill 450 without my signature.

This bill repeals the statutory cap on fees that a sheriff may charge
for issuance of a concealed carry permit

This bill was spurred by a local dispute in one county. I am unaware
of a larger problem that merits a statewide change at this time.
