SUMMARY:
This bill allows a final year student in dental school to
practice dentistry at events not to exceed 10 calendar days
(health fairs), under the supervision of a dentist.

FISCAL EFFECT:
Any costs to the Dental Board of California are minor and
absorbable.
COMMENTS:
Purpose. This bill will expand access to free dental care while
providing valuable training opportunities for dental students.
