An act relating to state property.

LEGISLATIVE COUNSEL’S DIGEST

AB 1011, as introduced, O'Donnell. State property: sale.

Existing law authorizes the Department of General Services to enter into a sale or long-term lease of certain property owned by the state.

This bill would state the intent of the Legislature to enact legislation to authorize the sale of state property to a city or county.

The people of the State of California do enact as follows:
