AB 1107, as introduced, Irwin. Sellers of travel: regulation.
Existing law regulates sellers of travel, as defined, and requires their registration with the Attorney General, and makes legislative findings and declarations related to those regulations.
This bill would correct an incorrect cross-reference and make other technical, nonsubstantive changes to those legislative findings.
