AB 1137, as introduced, Mullin. Public utility districts: seal.
The Public Utility District Act authorizes the formation of public utility districts and authorizes a district to acquire, construct, own, operate, and control works for supplying its inhabitants with light, water, power, heat, transportation, telephone service, or other means of communication, or means for the disposition of garbage, sewage, or refuse matter. The act authorizes a district to adopt a seal and alter the seal at its pleasure.
This bill would make nonsubstantive changes to this provision.

Section 16403 of the Public Utilities Code is
