   Existing law provides various sources of funds for community
parks.
   This bill would state the intent of the Legislature to create a
park access program to increase access to community parks.

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

  SECTION 1.   It is the intent of the Legislature to create a park
access program to increase access to community parks.
