located in the State Archives Building Complex.
FISCAL EFFECT:
Negligible fiscal impact.
COMMENTS:
Purpose. This urgency measure updates the SOS's authority to
renew an operating agreement with the Museum that expires on
June 30, 2015. Currently law refers to an agreement with Golden
State Public Benefit Corporation, which is now the California
Museum for History, Women, and the Arts. The author's amendment,
to be taken in committee, reflects this change.
