Require that a property owner who has received a notice of a
comprehensive adjudication to disclose this information on the
Real Estate Transfer Disclosure Statement.
Declare that a person whose property is connected to and
receives water from a public water system or mutual water
company but does not have a well is not a necessary party but
must be provided notice by the water supplier of the
comprehensive adjudication.
Delete the ability for the state to intervene in a
comprehensive adjudication
Clarifying changes.
