An act to amend Section 2108 of the Vehicle Code, relating to vehicles.

AB 1422, as introduced, Cooper. California Highway Patrol.

Existing law establishes the Department of the California Highway Patrol within the Transportation Agency, which is under the control of a civil executive officer known as the Commissioner of the California Highway Patrol. Existing law requires the commissioner to, among other things, perform all duties and exercise all powers and jurisdiction vested by law in the department.

This bill would make technical, nonsubstantive changes to this provision.
