Clarifies various references to reptiles and amphibians; 3)Clarifies the requirement for reports to be printed in the English language does not prohibit the translation of the reports into other languages. 4)Provides various other changes to correct grammatical and technical errors, including cross-references and the deletion of obsolete agency names. FISCAL EFFECT: No additional state costs. COMMENTS: Purpose. This bill makes numerous technical changes to the Fish and Game Code recommended by the California Law Revision Commission. The California Law Revision Commission is undertaking a multi-year, comprehensive review and proposed recodification of AB 1527 Page 3 the Fish and Game Code.
