The following information is revised to reflect amendments

Summary: AB 1928 revises the due dates for the California
Energy Commission (CEC) to develop and adopt performance
standards and labeling requirements for landscape irrigation
equipment.
Fiscal
Impact:
Increased staff costs of approximately $150,000 and contract
costs of approximately $200,000 for the CEC to establish
performance standards and labeling requirements (General Fund
or special fund).
