AB 2132, as introduced, Baker. Postsecondary education.

Under existing law, the Donahoe Higher Education Act, the segments of postsecondary education in this state include the University of California, the California State University, the California Community Colleges, independent institutions of higher education, and private postsecondary educational institutions.

This bill would state the intent of the Legislature to enact legislation that would make statutory changes relating to postsecondary education.

Vote: majority. Appropriation: no. Fiscal committee: no. State-mandated local program: no.

The people of the State of California do enact as follows:
