An act to amend Section 701 of the Penal Code, relating to crimes.

LEGISLATIVE COUNSEL’S DIGEST

Existing law authorizes an information to be laid before a magistrate, as specified, that a person has threatened to commit an offense against the person or property of another.

This bill would make technical, nonsubstantive changes to that provision.
