Fiscal Impact: Based on prior experience and similar workload related to San Bernardino County, the Fair Political Practices Commission (FPPC) indicates that it would incur first-year costs of $1.1 million, and ongoing costs of $1 million to implement the provisions of the bill (General Fund).
