Existing law authorizes the Superintendent of Public Instruction to employ one Deputy Superintendent of Public Instruction and necessary clerical and expert assistants, and to fix the compensation of all statutory and other employees as provided by law, except as otherwise provided.
This bill would make a nonsubstantive change to this provision.

Section 33110 of the Education Code is amended
