   An act to amend Section 1500 of the Health and Safety Code,
relating to community care facilities.

   AB 2733, as introduced, Patterson. Community care facilities.
    Existing law, the California Community Care Facilities Act,
provides for the licensing and regulation of community care
facilities by the State Department of Social Services.
   This bill would make technical, nonsubstantive changes to a
provision relating to the California Community Care Facilities Act.
   Vote: majority. Appropriation: no. Fiscal committee: no.
State-mandated local program: no.


THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

  SECTION 1.  Section 1500 of the Health and Safety Code is amended
to read:
   1500.  This chapter shall be  known   known,
 and may be  cited   cited,  as the
California Community Care Facilities Act.
