AB 2774, as introduced, Frazier. Classification of state lands.
Existing law establishes the State Lands Commission and prescribes the membership, functions, and duties of the commission with regard to the protection, preservation, and management of state lands. Existing law authorizes the commission, from time to time, to classify any or all state land for its different possible uses and, when it is deemed advisable, to require any officer, organization, agency, or institution of the state government to make that classification.
This bill would make nonsubstantive changes in those provisions relating to the classification of state lands.
