An act to amend Section 104755 of the Health and Safety Code, relating to oral health.

Existing law requires the State Department of Public Health to maintain a dental program, as specified, and requires the department to appoint a dentist licensed in California to administer the program.

This bill would make a technical, nonsubstantive change to a provision of the program.

The people of the State of California do enact as follows:

SECTION 1.  

Section 104755 of the Health and Safety Code
is amended to read:
