BILL ANALYSIS Ó SCR 17 Page 1 Date of Hearing: February 23, 2015 ASSEMBLY COMMITTEE ON RULES Gordon, Chair SCR 17 (Block) - As Introduced February 4, 2015 SENATE VOTE: 35-0 SUBJECT: Navy Reserve Day. SUMMARY: Commemorates March 3, 2015, as the 100th anniversary of the United States Navy Reserve.
