SUMMARY:
This measure designates, as the "Fullerton Police Detective
Tommy De La Rosa Memorial Interchange", the interchange at
Interstate 5 and State Route 91 in the City of Fullerton (Orange

County).
FISCAL EFFECT:
Minor State Highway Account costs to Caltrans to make and erect
appropriate signs; these costs are fully covered by donations.
COMMENTS:
Purpose. This measure honors Detective De La Rosa, a ten-year
veteran of the Fullerton Police Department, who was shot and
killed in the line of duty on June 21, 1990.
