          DIGEST:          This resolution declares the month of October 2016 as  
          Escrow Month.
          ANALYSIS:   This resolution makes the following legislative  
          findings:


          1)Escrow professionals throughout California provide vital  
            services to our state's citizens by handling the escrow  
            process, and are often also involved in other business, stock,  
            and special transactions.


          2)Escrow professionals are dedicated to maintaining the highest  
            standards of excellence through continuing education and  
            legislative advocacy.


          This resolution declares the month of October 2016 as Escrow  
          Month.
