The Off-Highway Motor Vehicle Recreation Act of 2003 provides for the acquisition, operation, and funding of state off-highway vehicular recreation areas and trails.

This bill would state the intent of the Legislature to enact legislation relating to off-highway vehicles.

The people of the State of California do enact as follows:

SECTION 1.  

It is the intent of the Legislature to enact
legislation relating to off-highway vehicles.
