SB 479, as introduced, Bates. Healing arts.

Existing law provides for the licensure and regulation of various healing arts licensees by various boards, as defined, within the Department of Consumer Affairs, including the Board of Behavioral Sciences and the Board of Psychology.

This bill would declare the intent of the legislature to enact legislation to license and regulate the profession of applied behavioral analysis.

The people of the State of California do enact as follows:
