An act relating to electrified fences.
LEGISLATIVE COUNSEL'S DIGEST

sale, sold, installed, or used in the state, or otherwise connected
to a source of electrical current, unless the electrical current is
limited and regulated by an electrical controller that meets or
exceeds specified standards or specifications.
This bill would express the Legislature's intent to enact
legislation that would require electrified fences installed in the
state to be approved for installation to confirm the installed
apparatus meets a specified standard.
