An act to amend Section 16000 of the Penal Code, relating to deadly weapons.

Existing law, the Deadly Weapons Recodification Act of 2010, regulates, among other things, the possession and sale of a variety of weapons.

This bill would make technical, nonsubstantive changes to one of the provisions of the act.

SECTION 1.  

Section 16000 of the Penal Code is amended to

This act recodifies the provisions of former Title 2
4(commencing with Section 12000) of Part 4, which was entitled
