SUMMARY:
This omnibus committee bill makes numerous substantive and
non-substantive clarifying revisions to update the Fish and
Game, Government, Public Resources, and Water Codes.

FISCAL EFFECT:
No additional state costs.
COMMENTS:
Purpose. This bill provides technical changes to clarify and
update provisions including provisions relating to fishing
licenses and Fish and Game Commission regulations, State Water
Resources Control Board permit processes and Coastal Commission
meetings and membership.
