FISCAL EFFECT: Negligible state fiscal effect. COMMENTS: Purpose. This bill is an annual Omnibus Committee bill authored by the Business, Professions and Economic Development Committee. It consolidates a number of non-controversial provisions related to various regulatory programs and professions governed by the Business and Professions Code, relieving various licensing entities from the burden of having separate measures for a number of non-controversial revisions.
