Specifically, this bill clarifies the Legislature's intent to allow Napa County to retain all previously awarded jail construction funding in addition to the $20 million provided for jail construction in the 2016 Budget. FISCAL EFFECT: None. COMMENTS: This bill ensures Napa County will retain all past public safety facility construction awards in addition to the award made pursuant to the 2016 Budget Act.
