An act to amend Section 34600 of the Vehicle Code, relating to vehicles.

Existing law, the Motor Carriers of Property Permit Act, provides for the issuance of permits for motor carriers of property upon the payment of a fee and proof of insurance and workers’ compensation coverage.

This bill would make technical, nonsubstantive changes to those provisions.

The people of the State of California do enact as follows:

SECTION 1.  

Section 34600 of the Vehicle Code is amended
to read:

34600.
