An act to amend Section 1120 of the Military and Veterans Code, relating to veterans.

Existing law authorizes a county to provide and maintain a home for veteran soldiers, sailors, and marines who have served the United States in any of its wars.

This bill would make a technical, nonsubstantive change to these provisions.

The people of the State of California do enact as follows:

SECTION 1.  

Section 1120 of the Military and Veterans Code
is amended to read:
