The bill would also make several changes to the authority and practice of the Board. *********** ANALYSIS ADDENDUM - SUSPENSE FILE *********** The following information is revised to reflect amendments adopted by the committee on May 27, 2016 Fiscal Impact: Ongoing costs of $20 million per year for the continued operation of the Board of Pharmacy (Pharmacy Board Contingent Fund). The Board's operations are fully supported by licensing fees. One-time costs of $335,000 and ongoing costs of $320,000 per year for licensing and inspection activities relating to SB 1193 (Hill) Page 1 of ? outsourcing facilities (Pharmacy Board Contingent Fund). Author Amendments: Require license renewals to be consolidated for commonly owned clinics, increase the licensing fee for outsourcing facilities, and require notification to the Board of compounded drug recalls.
