An act to amend Section 14521 of the Government Code, relating to transportation.

SB 1208, as introduced, Bates. California Transportation Commission.

Existing law creates the California Transportation Commission, with specified powers and duties relative to programming of transportation capital improvement projects and other related matters. Existing law authorizes the commission to request and review reports of the Department of Transportation and other entities pertaining to transportation issues and concerns that the commission determines need special study.

This bill would make a nonsubstantive change to this provision.
