FISCAL EFFECT: Negligible fiscal impact. COMMENTS: Purpose. The consolidation set forth in SB 1305 will create an entity that is similar to consolidated transportation entities in other counties, such as the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority and the Orange County Transportation Authority.
