An act to amend Section 2045.10 of the Penal Code, relating to state prisons.

SB 1438, as introduced, Stone. State prisons.

Existing law authorizes the Secretary of the Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation to construct and establish a state prison for the confinement of male prisoners under the custody of the secretary.

This bill would make technical, nonsubstantive changes to those provisions.

The people of the State of California do enact as follows:

SECTION 1.  

Section 2045.10 of the Penal Code is amended
to read:
