STAFF COMMENTS:
Because amendments making adjustments to the trailer bill fee
schedule are not currently available and have not been analyzed
for fiscal impact, staff recommends that this bill referred to
the Suspense File without prejudice for the purpose of
amendment. The proposed amendments are intended to be revenue
neutral.
