           SUMMARY  

          This measure designates, as the "Los Angeles County Deputy  
          Sheriff Maria Cecilia Rosa Memorial Highway," the segment of  
          State Route 710 at the Willow Street East Exit in the City of  
          Long Beach.

           FISCAL EFFECT  

          Minor costs to Caltrans to make and erect appropriate signs;  
          these costs are covered by donations.  (State Highway Account.)

           COMMENTS  

           Purpose  . This measure honors Deputy Sheriff Cecilia Rosa, who  
          was killed in the line of duty on March 28, 2006 in the City of  
          Long Beach.
