           SUMMARY  

          This measure designates the interchange of State Routes 680,  
          280, and 101 in the City of San Jose as the Joe Colla  
          Interchange.

           FISCAL EFFECT  

          Minor costs to Caltrans to make and erect appropriate signs;  
          these costs are covered by donations.  (State Highway Account.)

           COMMENTS  

           Purpose  .  This measure honors Joseph Anthony Collo, a former San  
          Jose City Councilmember, who was instrumental in the city's  
          receipt of necessary funding to complete the subject  
          interchange.
