           SUMMARY  

          This measure designates, as the "Roy Wilson Memorial Highway,"  
          the segment of State Route 74 extending west four miles from the  
          entrance to the Santa Rosa and San Jacinto Mountains National  
          Monument Visitor Center in Riverside County.

           FISCAL EFFECT  

          Minor costs to Caltrans to make and erect appropriate signs;  
          these costs are covered by donations.  (State Highway Account.)

           COMMENTS  

           Purpose  .  This measure honors Mr. Wilson, a former Riverside  
          County Supervisor who died in 2009.
