           DIGEST  :    This bill expresses the intent of the  
          Legislature to enact statutory revisions relating to the  
          2010 Budget Act.

           Senate Floor Amendments  of 5/25/10 change the year from  
          "2009" to "2010."

           ANALYSIS :    The changes in the bill will make AB 190 a  
          vehicle for the 2010 conference committee.
