           SUMMARY  

          This measure designates, as the "Deputy Sheriff Joel B.  
          Wahlenmaier Memorial Highway," the portion of State Route 168  
          from 0.5 miles each of Lodge Road to Ockenden Ranch Road in  
          Fresno County.

           FISCAL EFFECT  

          Minor costs to Caltrans to make and erect appropriate signs;  
          these costs are covered by donations.  (State Highway Account.)

           COMMENTS  

           Purpose  . This measure honors Deputy Sheriff Wahlenmaier, a  
          12-year veteran of the Fresno County Sheriff's Office who was  
          killed in the line of duty on February 25, 2010.
