           SUMMARY  

          This measure designates, as the "Ernest N. Mobley Memorial  
          Interchange," the State Route 180 interchange at Temperance  
          Avenue in the City of Fresno.

           FISCAL EFFECT  

          Minor costs to Caltrans to make and erect appropriate signs;  
          these costs are covered by donations.  (State Highway Account.)

           COMMENTS  

           Purpose  . The measure honors Mr. Mobley, who served in the  
          Assembly from 1966 through 1976. Mr. Mobley passed away on March  
          10, 2009.
